Chilicothe, Ohio, October 21.
On last Friday evening, Gen. Harrison, the hero of Tippecanoe, arrived in town—he left this, for Franklinton, on Monday morning.
A hand bill has been in circulation, which was have not been able to see, but are informed the contents are as follow:—That a difference had taken place, between Gen. Tupper of the Ohio troops, and Gen. Winchester. That a deal of confusion had ensued among the troops, and Gen. Tupper had requested an investigation from General Harrison. As soon as possible we will give a detail of the whole affair.
